Royal Caribbean and Cintas Ink Agreement for Uniform Program

Cintas Corporation has signed an agreement with Royal Caribbean International, to manufacture uniforms for its fleet of ships, according to a prepared statement.
The uniforms will be manufactured by Cintas and distributed worldwide. The agreement was signed in the presence of the Tianjin Economic Delegations of China in Los Angeles, which endorsed Cintas for the contract’s support of the Chinese economy.
“Cintas’ presence in the marketplace will help prepare for the future growth in Asia,” stated Mike Jones, SVP for supply chain management, Royal Caribbean International. “This strategically allows the procurement and logistics teams to manage the uniform programs worldwide. The planning also will increase production in China from 30 to 50 percent and will have additional savings to the overall uniform cost. Cintas’ design and fabric technology is superior to anything else we’ve seen and with their help we’re able to bring new innovations to the cruise market.”
From the expansive F&B venues to entertainment staff, Cintas was tasked to create many different looks to match the venues on the ships.

Cintas Corporation and Royal Caribbean International signed an agreement for manufacturing of uniforms for all personnel working onboard RCCL cruise ships. 
From variety of different F&B options to onboard entertainment staff, Cintas was tasked to design many different uniforms to match the ships venues.
Cintas is a Chinese based company with strong presence in North America with six manufacturing plants and eight distribution centers. As leader in supplying corporate identity uniform programs Cintas uniforms are worn by more than five million professionals including McDonald's, W Hotels, among others.
The uniforms for Royal Caribbean crew, staff and officers manufactured by Cintas will be distributed worldwide wherever RCCL cruise ships are sailing. The contract was signed in Los Angeles in presence of the Tianjin Economic Delegation of China, which endorsed Cintas for the contract’s contribution for the Chinese economy.
Cintas has a long term business relations with Royal Caribbean. For more than 23 years this company is providing uniforms for all Royal Caribbean International Brands such as Celebrity Cruises, Pullmantur and Azamara Club Cruises.
This contract will increase production from 30 to 50 percent in China and will have additional savings to the uniform overall cost.
